Environmental Impact
Through our ISO 14001 certified Environmental Management System, we continually identify, assess, and manage environmental risks and opportunities. We work to prevent pollution, improve resource efficiency, reduce emissions, and manage waste responsibly across our operations.

We have also made energy efficiency improvements across our operations, including converting all lighting to LED technology and completing compressed air audits and repairs to reduce energy losses.

Sustainability also means creating a safe, fair, inclusive, and supportive workplace. We are committed to protecting the health, safety, and wellbeing of our employees, contractors, and partners through our ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System.
We provide role-specific training, maintain safe working conditions, support mental health and wellbeing, and promote employee development through our Investors in People Platinum certification.
Our commitment extends beyond our own teams. Simpsons Beverages dedicates 1% of annual turnover to charitable causes, supporting projects focused on wellbeing, education, health, environmental programmes, and meaningful social impact.

Every employee receives clear terms and conditions of employment, and we uphold fair working practices, responsible working hours, wage compliance, and appropriate protections for young workers.
We also promote diversity, inclusion, equal opportunities, and ethical trading. Our supplier expectations are supported through due diligence, Sedex membership, SMETA auditing requirements, and transparent reporting channels.

Strong governance supports our sustainability commitments. Simpsons Beverages operates with integrity, fairness, and transparency, with policies and procedures in place to prevent corruption, bribery, fraud, and unethical conduct.
We maintain confidential reporting and whistleblowing processes, allowing concerns to be raised safely and anonymously. We also take a structured approach to risk management, including regular assessment of strategic, operational, financial, reputational, environmental, social, and governance risks.
We expect our suppliers and business partners to uphold the same ethical, human rights, and sustainability standards that we maintain internally.
